Organizers of the 2016 Musikmesse trade fair, which will be held April 7-10 in Frankfurt, Germany, are introducing new offers for retailers and distributors with the goal of strengthening the trade fair’s position as a business platform. They’ve also introduced a new thematic approach to the fair in hopes of enticing more visitor groups.
Running for the first time from Thursday to Sunday, the first day of the fair will be geared specifically to the needs of the trade visitors. For the first time, Musikmesse will be offering a dedicated “business-meets-business” hall reserved exclusively for the trade. Other new services for a B2B audience include a professional development program, the Musikmesse Insider VIP advantage package for European retailers, and matchmaking and networking opportunities.
Another new introduction is the Musikmesse Festival, which organizers say will be characterized by an extensive program of concerts, live sessions, surprise activities, and parties.
